Connecticut’s 146th State House District is the heart of Stamford, comprising Downtown, the South End, and Shippan.

As a child of immigrants and a longtime resident of Stamford, I am a proud first-generation Irish American. With a thirty year business career in EdTech management, marketing, and business development, I bring substantial expertise and unique perspective to serving in the legislature as a strategic thinker, consensus builder, and skilled negotiator.

As a working mom to three grown children, I am also an active member of the Stamford community, focused on the issues that are important to the dynamic and diverse constituents of the 146th District. Since being sworn in ahead of my first legislative session in 2025, I’ve sought to be a consistently proactive voice for the 146th District and its residents’ priorities from environmental conversation and homelessness prevention to improving liveability for all and embracing Stamford’s values of community. Despite being a first-term legislator without any prior tenure in elected office, I am proud to have achieved a wide array of accomplishments including a 100% voting record in 2025, two years of funding for Pacific House totaling $70,000, attending over 300 community events and coffee meetings in Stamford, and more.

One of the most rewarding experiences in my life has been a commitment to giving back to our Stamford community for more than a decade. This includes by volunteering for local organizations like Building One Community, the League of Women Voters, the Police Activities League (PAL) ART program, and the St. Francis Episcopal church. From continued engagement in our community, I’ve seen firsthand how much of an impact people can have when we work together to make Stamford a welcoming place for everyone to live, work, and thrive.
